About Water Damage Restoration Plano

We help Plano-area homeowners and businesses recover from water damage: burst pipes, slab leaks, attic AC and water heater overflows, sewer backups and storm water. Our work is the first, most time-sensitive part of a water loss: getting the water out, finding where it went, and drying the structure until the readings prove it's dry.

What We Do

Our focus is water damage mitigation: the emergency work that stops damage from spreading.

What We Don't Do

Being clear about this saves you time:

  • We don't repair pipes, roofs or AC units. A plumber, roofer or HVAC technician fixes the source; we dry what the water damaged.
  • We don't negotiate insurance claims. We document the loss thoroughly; the claim stays between you and your insurer.
  • We don't do mold remediation. In Texas, mold assessment and remediation are regulated by TDLR. If we see signs of mold, we'll tell you and recommend an independent assessor.

How We Work

We follow the steps of the IICRC S500 standard for water damage restoration.

Why Plano

Water damage here has its own patterns: slab leaks from Blackland Prairie clay, AC and water heater leaks in attics above bedrooms, hail-damaged roofs, older drain lines in East Plano, and hard freezes like Winter Storm Uri in 2021. We built this site and our services around those problems, so the guides and pages here are written for Plano homes, not generic ones. Start with our water damage guides or the first hour after water damage checklist.
